Title: Divine Deflection
Post by: SpiritedAway on May 04, 2012, 12:03:38 PM
I just wanna say that this is one o my favorite cards from AVR! I pulled a foil {Divine Deflection} and was like "so what?". I threw it, along with my two {Terminus} into my epser control to try it out, SO COOL!

Good against creatures because you just prevent their power and hit them right back with it.

Good against burn.

Very versatile card, very fun. Glad I have a foil.

It is amazing I think it should be worth more than what it is ATM. Good pull

It may or may not. It's pretty good, but doesn't have much immediate appeal. I was sort of confused at first. It also might be too "expensive" for standard play. I'm interested to watch its price

I love scalable effects!  You could redirect one point or ten. Just preventing one point to a blocker and adding one to an attacker will let a 3/3 survive and kill a 3/4.

Glad someone saw this, can't say I'm surprised its BJ, pretty sure this card was meant for creature help, and if you just happen to have mana for it to really help you, so be it. But it is much more savvy at saving creatures.

I run it in Esper Control. I wouldn't say it has any intention. I redirected a {Lava Axe} to someones face last night.

Most all rates have intention.
