If you've controlled the creature since the very beginning of your turn (pre untap step)

So what does that mean? That if i cast a creature on my second mainphase it'll be "healthy" again by my next second mainphase?

It means that when a creature enters the battlefield under your control, you can't attack with it or use abilities that have the tap symbol in them.  You have to wait until the beginning of your next upkeep to use them.

what black jester said. if the creature has been under your control from the beginning of your turn it no lomger has summoning sickness. it doesn't matter whether it came under your control during your main phase combat step or your opponent's turn etc.

You can put a creature in play with {aether vial} on your opponents end step and your creature will no longer have summoning sickness on the start of your turn......just to give you another idea how it works.

Which is why you never use {Mercy Killing} on your own turn!
