 {Nameless Inversion}.
It is a tribal spell, which allows it to have creature types, while it is itself not a creature.
This specific tribal has all the creature types. So not only can you find it with  {Goblin Matron}, you can also cast it from the graveyard with  {Haakon, Stromgald Scourge}, to name a few interactions.
