If I swing with both, will hellrider's ability see the tokens?

I get to choose which goes on the stack first, doh. Answered my own question.

No because the tokens weren't declared attackers

Doest matter if the tokens are on the field before hellriders ability resolves

{Hellrider} and {Hero of Bladehold}

Poof is right, the Hellrider only triggers when a creature is declared as an attacker.  Putting a creature in tapped and attacking is not the same thing, so stacking doesn't matter.
