Within Ultimate Law, they are imposing unwanted threads on your server space. These are then deleted.
Remains the fact that the spammers broke their acknowledgment of adhering to Imtg law. Repeatedly by creating several different accounts, also imposing on server space.
Compensation for consumed time & server space seems to be appropriate.
