Ok so my friend sould bounded his {Nightshade Peddler} with {Falkenrath Exterminator} and claims that when ever his exterminator uses his ability that it has deathtouch and kills any of my creatures for 3 mana. Now I know tht deathtouch is for combat damge only. He and one oter person say a judge ruled that okay at the pre release. Now please help me understand how this could be possible.
Death touch is not just combat damage it works whenever the creature with deathtouch does damage to another creature
