Title: Scorched Ruins

If scorched ruins is pubt into pkay insted of being played (example: when green titan attacks) do I still have to sacrifice the 2 untaped lands!?

And {scorched Ruins} will require lands to be sacrificed, when it enters the battlefield, even if it does so through a special effect.

When it comes into play (if i decide not to sacrifice 2 untaped lands), can I copy it with a testepian before putting the scoched ruins in the cementery?

No, the ruling for scorched ruins says, "if the lands are not sacrificed then scorched ruins never enters the battlefield, and it goes directly to the graveyard."

Correct. This is because the entering of the battlefield is replaced by putting it in your graveyard.

If it was a triggered ability, you could tap it for the 4 in response, too. Just too much you could do with that.
