I have a 3/3 they Blaze it with landfall. I go D Palm I just prevent the 3 dealt to me right not the 3 to both me and the creature?

I'm pretty sure of this but wanted some confirmation

So yes, the creature is still burned to death, but Dpalm does reflect the 3 damage you would have taken.
