{Æther Vial} is sort of "must have" in most merfolk deck. I can see it being a budgetary thing.
And I'd try to lower the number of {sejiri refuge} and increase the {glacial fortress}. If budget isn't a problem then I'd add {mutavault} and perhaps a lord ({lord of atlantis}, {merrow reejery} or {coralhelm commander}). Most likely {merrow reejerey}, because you can uptap land and {Æther Vial}.
The more mana you can save for {traumatize} the better.
Appreciate the feedback. I get the rejeery add on. The land is more what I had available. Again with this deck I literally never attack. I sideboard purify the grave and basically go for the mill.
In that case, {increasing confusion}. Maybe even {jace, memory adept}, his 2nd ability for 0 loyalty is basically a 5 cmc, mill 10 cards...if you get to use it a second time, that is icing on the cake.
Any ideas for any white protection ench/auras ?
