In Scapeshift which card is stronger as a 1 of. {echoing truth} or {cyclonic rift}?
I'd say Cryptic by a rather large margin it's counterspell that buys you time and cantrips! Echoing truth is fine but what permanents are you that worried about sure bouncing multiple goyfs or tokens is the nut but cryptic tapping down buys you just as much time
