Title: Red white blue commander

What would be a good commander for a RWBlu angel deck? I'm currently using {Shu Yun, the Silent Tempest} but I don't think I'm going to wind up with enough noncreature spells to make him a good commander for the deck.

{R}{W}{U} & Angel? There's  {Numot, the Devastator} or  {Ruhan of the Fomori}.
