My question is, if I copy Biovisionary using Kiki-Jiki ability with a intruder alarm on play, at the end face do I win the game due Biovisionary copies or the copies are remove before biovisionary hability triggers?

If I'm not mistaken, you can stack it so that you'll win the game before Kikki gets rid of the biovisionary.

At the beginning of your end step, both the {biovisionary} and the delayed triggered ability of Kiki trigger. You put them on the stack Kiki first, so that the Visio trigger resolves first. You win.
