That deck is very expensive, so I never test it.
What do you think, it's viable?

Viable in what format?  Competitive Casual (oxymoron anyone?)?  That is a pretty tough format.

Casual

I'd suggest one, maybe two more lands, because you don't want to miss a drop on your way to your fatties.  4 Spellskites might be overkill, (at least money-wise).  Maybe some other control elements, like counters.
