I would like to make it a little more consistent and any tips would be helpful.

The first few suggestions I would have is:
cut your list down to 60 cards. This will improve the odds of drawing any one card from 1/72 to 1/60 a major change.

Next cut the number of cards you only have one of, down. 1 running one copy is normally reserved for; only have one copy but want more or major endgame threat that costs a lot of mana.

And lastly increase the copies of cards to 3-4 copies. A 1/15 or 1/20 is much better odds of drawing a card you want.
