no, {Crypt Ghast} is for atleast {B}{W} commander, im not really sure maybe theres an exception about the extort ability

While you are right about tasigur. You are wrong about crypt ghast.
Extort is a key word, and the text that talks about W/B mana is reminder text. Reminder text does not influence color identity.
