I think {Altar's Reap} should be {Tormenting Voice} for madness synergy.
I feel like {Indulgent Aristocrat} would be good in combination with {Call the Bloodline}. Also, no {Falkenrath Gorger}?
I see almost every Vampire Madness deck runs 4 {Falkenrath Gorger}s, and for obvious reasons. I wanted to have more draw power and more room for some bigger vamps like {Bloodmad Vampire}, {Twins of Maurer Estate} and {Elusive Tormentor}. The more draw power the more cards i will actually have to discard.
Im on the fence about {Falkenrath Gorger}. I really like {Indulgent Aristocrat} though.
