Cold steel heart is not very strong imo you don't need the ramp and sure the snow permanent helps Skred but it's not good enough. I'd cut it for {Boros Reckoner}
Yah I was going to say Boros Reckoner. I can't see a skred deck ran without one but that's my personal opinion. The synergy between those two cards are just great.
Cool. I'll test it out. The heart is there for t3 koth/Chandra, but I like reckoner.
