{soul warden} and {ajani's pridemate} are good cards for this list! Also, {spectral procession} for the attendant, warden, and priest!
I'd cut one or two sorin's and find a way to put 3-4 {Lingering Souls} into the deck because it's such a value card and you can use the etb triggers.
I'm always a fan of duel lands for your colors. If you don't have the cash for the shock lands you can use {Caves of Koilos} or {Scoured Barrens} instead.
