It will come back. Unearth only exiles due to it's own ability if the creature would go anywhere /except/ exile. This is the same interaction that made {Obzedat, Ghost Council} so good with {Whip of Erebos}
Ok to form it with my words:
It does come back because the replacement effect on a unearthed creature does not trigger. Since the card go to exile anyway.
As for the second part of the unearth ability " put in into exile at the beginning of the next end step" this one does not trigger since the creature that come back with astral slide is a new object.
Finally, i could answer to the second part of the unearth ability by exiling my own creature after the ability of unearthed goes on the stack.
i hope this right, otherwise i have to rethink my deck entirely.
You can think of the replacement exile effects like the interaction with {Ætherling} and {Sneak Attack} or {Whip of Erebos}. At the end of turn you if you use Ætherling's ability you can stack the exile ability in such a way you wouldn't need to sac to sneak attack and whip will still be satisfied by exile. So you can replace {Astral Slide} with an Ætherling's effect
Oooo yeah^^ any blink effect would be great here in fact.

Yup I learned how good that is when I got Ætherling bombed in a cube draft with {Sneak Attack}... He also had a freaking {Griselbrand}
Thats a good (or not) way to remember rules
