Just out of curiosity, can you count your deck and or opponents deck at any point in the game?

I'm basing this off of the video games for the Xbox, but in those it told you how many cards were left in deck, in hand, and in graveyard.  Considering this game, made by WotC, has those features I don't see why you wouldn't be able to in an physical card game.

401.3. Any player may count the number of cards remaining in any player's library at any time.
