I could use a explanation of the stack: {Zada, Hedron Grinder} is on the field along with {Silverfur Partisan} and two wolf tokens and you {Expedite} on Zada how would the stack resolve, could it be infinite? Or would only the creatures on the board be effected?

So you would create more wolf tokens, but the expedite only hits those present on the board when it's cast on zada

To elaborate, here's what happens:
You cast your Expedite targeting Zada.
She triggers.
When you resolve her trigger, you make three more copies targeting your Partisan and two tokens, triggering Partisan three times.
When those triggers resolve, you'll have three extra tokens, but still only copies of Expedite targeting the original wolves.
