{Ghostly Possession} vs {Spirit mantle}
On {Palace guard}
Should i go 2 of each or 4 of one?
I also have {Goldenglow Moth}s in the deck i want to use it in so flying would still be covered.
I would use 4 {Spirit Mantle}s or 2 and 2 {Armored Ascension}s. Either way the mana curve would be less than or equal to having 4 {Ghostly Posession}s.
That's just because I would prefer to have my creature still be a threat by dealing damage to theirs.
Unless you're going standard. Then just do 2 Mantles and 2 Posessions.

Palace guard isn't standard!
I didn't pay attention that the guard wasn't reprinted in the last core set
It would be used mainly in defensive purposes in a white splashed black deck so im not so sure that {Armored asscension} is what im looking for.
Mantle lets him keep 2 dmg atleast and if needed he'd be unblockable. But whith Possesdion he'd get flying, alas block almost all attackers at all times.
Ps. Sorry for posting in the wrong forum. There was a technical issue but i figured it out on my own.
id go 2/2. Then to be sure. If it looks like they dont have flying then {Spirit Mantle} it and u can use your {Ghostly Pocession} on a big dude of thiers
I was leaning towards that and you just made up my mind! Thanks! :D
