Besides making your lands more efficient with fetches and shocks I think you could side board one path and have another sword. {Thirst for Knowledge} is fun although costs three

Well most lists I've seen competitively run 2 swords. The reasoning for this is the transmuting you get with muddle the mixture and the card draw from cryptics, remands, ephara etc. to help you to get them in hand. Also, drawing too many of them is just bad and it's more of an end game card anyways. I do like thirst for knowledge though. I will probably squeeze it in somehow. As for the Path's, I want to keep them as a four of simply because this deck has no other spot removal.
