What're the best {W}{U} Legendaries going at the moment for Commander? My boss wants to get back into MtG, and he likes taking extra turns/gaining life/exiling, primarily taking extra turns.
The pre-constructed {U} {W} commander 2013 deck called Evasive Maneuvers might be a good starting point.

Oops that's {W} {U} {G} but it's still good. Those pre-cons are decent way to play now.
{Daxos of Meletis} is bawler. Exiles, gains life.
{Meladomi the Ageless} is turns and fits in the deck. Whichever one heads the deck, run both.
