For {creeping dread} or {asylum visitor}, do you draw before these abilities happen?
Oh, and for creeping dread, if a madness creature comes out, will it still have summoning sickness?
A turns phases are:
Untap,
Upkeep,
Draw
Main1
Declare Combat
Declare attackers
Declare blockers
Combat damage
End combat
Main2
End.
Both effects happen during upkeep so before you draw for your drawphase.
As for a madness creature coming in from creeping deads discard effect. It will have summoning sickness still.
302.6. (http://imtgapp.com/forum/index.php?action=imtg;area=rule;number=302.6.): A creature's activated ability with the tap symbol or the untap symbol in its activation cost can't be activated unless the creature has been under its controller's control continuously since his or her most recent turn began. A creature can't attack unless it has been under its controller's control continuously since his or her most recent turn began. This rule is informally called the "summoning sickness" rule.
Thank you much! redwolv you've been Captain thread-close these past few days!

This doesn't affect the situation at all, but you forgot the cleanup step that comes after the end step.
