The big guy seems super slow. I'd say add green for ramp or the black ghost that doubles black mana so you can get your big guy out quickly, other than that. Looks interesting.
Wow this deck is pretty interesting! I have to agree though, although it's the namesake, I'm not sure that {Massacre Wurm} is a good fit in here.
What would you think about dropping White in favor of Red in order to run {Rakdos Charm}?
You could run {Zulaport Cutthroat} over {Suture Priest} if you choose to go this route. 😁
Cutthroat only works when your guys die. I think the goAl is to have the opponent take damage when their guys die.
Would {swan song} be better than {mans leak}
Cutthroat doesnt work. Swan song could be a good choice over mana leak

Also, this deck is really lacking a game plan from turns 1-3. How about adding in some {duress} or if it's possible some {inquisition of kozilek} or thoughtseize.
In addition, tweaking the mana base to such
4 polluted delta
4 blue/white fetch
4 watery grave
2 hallowed fountain
2 godless shrine
4-5 basics
2-4 drowned catacombs
Perhaps a few man lands such as
{creeping tar pit}
These are just suggestions. The scry lands are slow and this is a turn 4 format, I really like the deck and want it to do well. I run an aristocrats deck that is bonkers and sort of runs on the same game plan by making a bunch of creatures and killing them all etc.
