If you want this deck to be anywhere near competitive, I'd start with cutting some singletons for 4 {Primeval Titan} & {Amulet of Vigor}. {Azusa lost but seeking} would also help to increase your land drops and abuse the aqua duct.
For that matter, why are you running the Rot Farm?
