Why run a bunch of playsets of the same card? It's alot better if you have a variation of cards to choose from in a birthing pod deck. The point is that you fetch it by birthing pod, and not drawing them, that would actually weaken the deck

I run so many 4 ofs because I wanted the deck to be consistent despite all the hate for artifacts in standard right now. And a lot of times I don't even draw pod.
Also, there are not that many really good choices for creatures at those CMCS right now. I suppose it would help if I added another color, but I really just wanted consistency from this deck.

After play testing, rdw and uw humans are a bad matchup, but I seem to do fine against control and kessig.

Why did you only play test against aggressive decks? Play decks like solarflare and control variants. It's not going to do as well.
Birthing pod decks use birthing pod. That is the point of birthing pod. If you want to run a deck with more consistent draws, use ramp. Have you seen other versions of pod decks? They don't need "consistent" draws because whatever they draw will do something important regardless of the poor situation.

Appleguru is right. I know someone who has a pod deck and it is a lot of one of and then 4 birthing pod with I think 3 emissary. So consistency isn't something these decks are for. Or at least the type of consistency you want.
