{Thrun, the Last Troll} is who I've decided for my mono green commander. I tried multiple different ones ( {Verdeloth the Ancient}, {Omnath, Locus of Mana}, {Kamahl, Fist of Krosa} ) and didn't seem to like any of their play styles. Thrun is resilient, a control players nightmare, and I plan on making it a voltron/trolling deck.
Any good cards that work well with him to screw over the wretched blue players? (Sadly I am a sultai Mage at heart, so blue will forever be apart of me as well)
{Carpet of Flowers} ramps you.
{Choke} taps down islands
{Tsunami} to destroy them
{Typhoon} (pricey though) to kill them
And there's the green islandwalking creatures.
{Quicksilver Fountain} could be an nice trick, if you can manage to skip your upkeep.

{Bear Umbra} and the less used
{Snake Umbra}
Plus i suggest because your comander does not get anything special for using enchantments over equipment, Adding some equipment in to the deck.
It seems to me (at least at my lgs) that enchantment hate is more prevalent. So a few good peaces of equipment could do wonders. For example {Darksteel Plate} would make your troll really hard to remove.
