{Ink-Eyes, Servant of Oni} is who I want to build for my mono black control commander. Anyone got any suggestions or comments? Anything work well with this commander? Cards I'm looking for are stuff like {Dread Summons} to put creatures into my opponents graveyards
{Returned Centaur}, {Returned Reveler}, and {Sibsig Host} would fit.
Would you still be able to use his ninjutsu?

I don't believe so because it asks for it to come from your hand.
Regardless, you need {Shizo, Death's Storehouse} and {Hall of the Bandit Lord} in here.

With {Command Beacon} I can. 😉
{Worry Beads}, {Sewer Nemesis} and {Shared Trauma} all seem pretty good.
