You seem to have 7 windscared craigs. I assume some should be plains.
Should remove having only 1 of a card. Most games you will see 15-20 cards of your deck. Running 4 or at least 3 of each card will improve consistency of your draws.

What redwolv said about 1 off and,

This deck isn't really modern competitive. Look up some decks like the lovely stuff on this forum, like Tron, Burn, Delver, Scapeshift, Eldrazi so you know what you're up against. "Casual Modern" decks like this simply can't compete. You need some upgrades and a unified theme.

There seems to be an emphasis on death touch. You can try streamlining into that and adding first strike effects for some unbeatable creatures to try and swing face with. Your other option might be some form of burn control. Neither of these options would bring home a tournament but you could have some fun for sure. Try playing on something like Untap. In so you can get a feel for what modern is like and what kind of deck you want. It's free!

If you're looking for an established deck to try out check out B/W Tokens and W/R Burn.

I'd also suggest picking up {Lightning Bolt}s for this deck. They're expensive for commons, but they're worth the couple bucks!
