Version 2, gotta get the cards and play around with it. Added some extra means of forcing untaps, so as to inspire the Disciple to find me my Hedrons.

Good thought, My number one need I feel is some protection though. The Seer's lantern was for flavor, probably dumping it.

Maybe {darkness}

Or things that limit how many creatures can attack or things

Definitely worth a look. I do like cards that can tap or untap, so it can protect me or force an Inspiration from Disciple. I'm also keeping as much as possible at 3cmc so that said inspiration can toss anything to tutor an Alignement.

I see your using hidden strings
You could abuse heroic or prowess triggers that effect your own creatures as well as the tap untap ones

The heroic Because I found you can untap a creature regardless of it being untapped alrwdyb

would untapping an untapped creature trigger inspiration??

{Mindreaver} or {Meletis Astronomer} aren't out of question, potentially.

Possibly, it says becomes untapped, and you are totally allowed to untap a target untapped creature, so it's highly probable

Even better for me. I was struggling with ideas to both force tap my own disciple so as to untap it later without dedicating half the deck. About to get some first tests soon, so i'll see what plays well and get ready for V.3

{Holdout Settlement} and  {Springleaf Drum} are free creature taps and also help fix mana issues.

So playtest under way. I think pushing to 4 tritan tactics and 4 retreat to coralhelm. Dropping land by one or two slot, and switching to lands with replay effects to abuse coralhelm and thus disciple. All in all, promising.

Going into another revision, Hedron won't work exiled facedown.

Utility lands, I'll see if I can think of some
The one that comes to mind is the transmute land.

It transmutes for the same mana cost as the enchantment.

{Narcolepsy} will get disciple tapped each turn risk free and still untaps at the beginning of your turn. It's also a good defensive measure on your oppenents creatures.

And I'm pretty untapping an untapped creature doesn't make it "become untapped". It's a legal target for {triton tactics} and stuff, but it just ignores that part of it.

Quite right on that second part. A creature only "becomes" tapped or untapped if its state actually changes. Untapping an untapped creature doesn't trigger Inspired.

Yea, this whole deck is about to be rung out and reworked since Broker is out. Might end up doing a very different form.

Maybe a transmute deck.

Transmute is fun

{Dimir Machinations} can tutor or exile a hedron. Just gotta speed dump two into graveyard, then use machinations or {Faerie Macabre} and Thats half. I lose some of my card draw though.

Note that {dimir machinations} exiles from the top of your library, not your graveyard.

{entomb} can tutor a Hedron into your graveyard if you want a fast way.

Yup, I think a little scry power will keep that open. And the faerie for graveyard. Sorry i typed that out wrong.

{Monastery siege} is very useful for this. It draws through your deck faster, gets you a discard every turn, and can tutor hedrons with disciple. I'm running two of them in the Hedron deck I working on, and it's almost mandatory for my deck to work.
