In a modern token deck which is better and why

Or

I have to agree with visitor, i have had so many people scoop after getting his ulti off. Plus he doesn't die to bolt.

Neither does to bolt.
The +1 is a cost and is placed before priority is passed.

I get confused still on priority sometimes. So can you cast sorin, have it resolve, then do a sorcery-speed something before passing priority? Or do you have to pass after the resolution of each spell?
