Title: Locked out of my hotmail
Post by: Richardalcala on April 28, 2012, 08:16:58 PM
Someone hacked my hotmail and when I go back into it I have to put in a code but they send the code to a old email I don't have anymore. I tried to contact customer support but it's all robot. Does anyone know anybody who know about what I should do? Thanks.

This happened to me too!
Fortunatly i had mine connected to an active account.
I dont know if anything can be done.
I accidentally reset my last email account password and then sent the new password mail to the account i was trying to open.
Needless to say i had to create a new account.
Try finding a living admin if possible. Its your only hope. :-/

I had forgotten the password to my hotmail because I hadn't been on it in forever and a half I was able to change the password right there as long as you have the answers to the security questions... They didn't give you that option?

Iwas able to change it but they want a security code and they are mailing it to a email I no longer have.
