I know I saw the interaction of Tainted + Alms on the forum somewhere.
Then, today, someone on FB posted this one with {arcbond}. Cast it on his blocking creature, he's pretty much dead. (Lifelink creature dealing 6 to you, opponent, {Alms beast} = 18 life lost, in addition to the 6 he gets from the {arcbond}, that will be GG.)
Then someone in the modern section mentioned {wall of shards} having good synergy.
Last but not least I think it was {{noblellama}} who came up with {beacon of immortality} as instant kill.
All this stuffed together in a casual brew around {tainted remedy}.
To help your opponent (in case he decides not to attack with this board state) there's {brutal horde chief} & {blaze of glory}. They will force your opponent to block your bearer of poisoned alms.
And for carddraw good old {armastice}. {3}{W}{W} deal three, draw three seems ok.

there is so much happiness in this deck that I feel all warm and fuzzy inside :)
You spelled pain wrong...
