BlackJester's Tricks #43: Misthollow Griffin, how do I love thee?
...Let me count the ways.
Let's class up the joint with some Browning.
1) I love thee to the depth and breadth and height
My soul can reach, when feeling out of sight
For the ends of Being and ideal Grace.
{Misthollow Griffin} + {False Prophet}/{Final Judgement}
When a final judgement handed down from a false prophet brings about the end of all beings and ideal grace, my Griffins shall return to me once more.
2) I love thee to the level of everyday's
Most quiet need, by sun and candle-light.
{Misthollow Griffin} + {Path to Exlie}
For everyday, I need land to cast my spells. By sun (white mana) and Griffin is this possible.
3) I love thee freely, as men strive for Right;
{Misthollow Griffin} + {Force of Wll}/{Misdirection}/{Snapback}
My Griffin gives me love freely in return. (And by love, I mean great spells.)
4) I love thee purely, as they turn from Praise.
{Misthollow Griffin} + {Seance}/{Back From the Brink}
I shall make the Griffin rise again by call
5) I love thee with a passion put to use
In my old griefs, and with my childhood's faith.
{Misthollow Griffin} + {Grim Lavamancer}/{Skaab Ruinator}/{Moorland Haunt}
I will put the passion of fire and lava to use with the old grief of the Griffin's burial.
6) I love thee with a love I seemed to lose
With my lost saints,
{Misthollow Griffins} + {Surgical Extraction}
I may appear to lose all my love, but they are all in a distant plane pulled from my mind (library), safe from (hand) destruction and ready to be called forth.
7) I love thee with the breath,
Smiles, tears, of all my life! --- and, if God choose,
I shall but love thee better after death.
{Misthollow Griffin} + {Planar Void}
I love my Griffin even in death, for I can return them to my side, restoring the love lost in death.
Here it is in it's complete form:
How do I love thee? Let me count the ways.
I love thee to the depth and breadth and height
My soul can reach, when feeling out of sight
For the ends of Being and ideal Grace.
I love thee to the level of everyday's
Most quiet need, by sun and candle-light.
I love thee freely, as men strive for Right;
I love thee purely, as they turn from Praise.
I love thee with a passion put to use
In my old griefs, and with my childhood's faith.
I love thee with a love I seemed to lose
With my lost saints, --- I love thee with the breath,
Smiles, tears, of all my life! --- and, if God choose,
I shall but love thee better after death.
~Elizabeth Barrett Browning (1806-1861)

*sigh* how nice
I stand corrected. Nice work Jester!
Right, well, old poems aside. I like most of these combos, but the one that really got me thinking was the one with {Surgical Extraction}. 3/3 {Squadron Hawks}?
T.T....that...was so beautiful!!

That's exactly what I was thinking too. ;) Squad Hawks that your opponent can't {Memoricide}, or Surgically extract = winning!
Your bipolar, im biWINNING
