This happened in a edh game. There is a {blood moon}, a {urborg, tomb of yawgmoth}, and a {dryad arbor} out on the battlefield. What happens to the dryad?
What was on the field first... Moon or Tomb?

Doesn't matter. This is what we call Dependence - If one effect (Urborg's) would NOT exist because of another one in the same layer (Blood Moon), the one that erases takes precedence, regardless of timestamp. Blood Moon makes Urborg into a Mountain, so Urborg doesn't have its ability and does NOT make things into Swamps. On the subject of Dryad Arbor, it's the same thing as Blood Moon with an Artifact Land like {Seat of the Synod} - Making it into a Mountain does effect any other typings it has. An Artifact Land stays an Artifact. A Land Creature stays a Land. What you'll be left with is a 1/1 Land Creature - Mountain named Dryad Arbor that's still Green but has the text "T: Add R to your mana pool."

I completely forgot that time stamping doesn't apply here... Stupid brain fart of a moment
I am pretty sure that all of that is in the gatherer's rulings for those cards
Sometimes the rulings are not very clear. We should try to never shame someone for asking a question. Especially on the board that was made for them. Also, as in the case here, we get a chance to share the REASON behind these rulings. This is important, as topics such as Dependence are very little known outside the Judges circle, and can help clear up other areas of the game.
Wasn't trying to shame. I would have been happy to answer the question myself had others not already done so. Just pointing out that it is there in case they weren't aware. Sometimes rules questions don't get answered straight away here and an answer may be needed quickly.
sometimes you gotta google instead of letting others google for you
In a pinch, judges chat can produce results quickly. It has happened to me that a rules enthusiast got the ruling totally wrong, though.

I thought we weren't bringing that up anymore 😉

Sorry. Didn't know that...
