Notes:
Of course, you CAN replace {bronze sable} for your favorite (artifact) creature without too much trouble. Xira is commanding because she has the colors, and draw never hurts.

Oops. Seems I added a few cards SB that should be MB..
Anyway: this deck came to be after a chat with a certain person, about having a favorite non-legendary card as commander.
I set to work on building something that would get around the fact only one copy is allowed.
The deck contains quite a few tutors to get the original, and then ways to copy it.
You could, if you want to be THAT guy, replace sable with {Blightsteel colossus} without hurting the deck too much.

I chose not to include the white artifact tutors, since that was all white added. Hoping the card draw of our commander mitigates that a bit.

I think you missed that Xira is Jund and not Temur.

I'm a moron. I saw it just now. I sorted BRG instead of URG...
For the correct commander, I'd think {Riku of Two Reflections} (he does exactly what I'm doing: copy stuff). {Intet, the Dreamer} or
{Animar, soul of elements} could also be the commander for a {Blightsteel colossus} armada. Ani would need just a bit more creatures traded for spell effects though.
