do i shuffle {Learn from the Past} too? when i cast it, included to graveyard and library?

It doesn't go to the graveyard until after resolution, so you shuffle and then put it into your graveyard

Note cards do have wording that causes this like {green sun's zenith} which technically wants you to shuffle your deck twice.

Every Zenith im shuffling...
As per the card rulings: one shuffle will suffice, but effects that care, count two shuffles.
Eg: {Cosi's Trickster} gets two counters for an opponent's Zenith.
