I'm not too sure on {howl of the horde}.
Since it's a sorcery, you can't raid into your buff spells in combat for two copies. Besides that, I'm not sure if you'll have the mana to cast it AND your buff spells by turn 5/6.

It's honestly mostly for using a {might of the masses} a second time or maybe even an {awaken the bear}

Totally missed might. That's more legit.
There's also this new card in Oath: {R}, target creature gains haste, draw one. I really suggest considering adding that one as soon as it is legal. (In two weeks).

I will definitely consider it. Right now I'm considering throwing in two {dark dabbling} for card draw but I'm worried that by the time I have Zada out I will have spell mastery and not be able to maximize the effects of {dark dabbling}.

Having spell mastery will not change the number of targets on {dark dabbling}, it will puta regen shield on each creature for each creature you control, and you draw a card for each creature.
Granted, the regen shields go away at eot, but it still works.

Yes, but since Zada had to be the only target for the spell wouldn't it not work since spell is also effecting those creatures?

I completely forgot about {temur battlerage}. Thank you. I'll replace {kindled fury} with it.

I'm still confused on Howl of the Horde.  You're not casting the copy, so it doesn't give you an extra Zada trigger, and the only time it's useful post combat is if you have enough mana to cast it and an Outburst in the same turn.  I'd just cut it for more cheap pump spells.

It is affecting the creatures, but it still only has one target. DD gets an extra text, also regenerate each other creature, added to the original text. Thus, it targets one creature. If it read: regenerate each creature instead, then it wouldn't copy anymore.

I would but I prefer might of the masses personally. It's simply cheaper to play as far as mana goes and I feel like it is more effective.

 {Expedite} is the card draw engine I mentioned earlier.
