Let's say I have the artifact; Crystal Ball. And the enchantment; Lurking Predators. If my opponent casts a spell, would I be able to scry before lurking predators triggers ?

Yep! You would respond to Lurking predators trigger by scrying, then your scry would resolve before the predators trigger.
