I'm gunna say that it would depend on your play group. I would hope that it's not the only removal spell in your deck, in which case flip a coin and pick one. Good luck. 👍

In my experience Doom blade is always better. Just saying
what if two of your three friends play Mono black decks?????

{go for the throat} is the best of the three imo

{Victim of night}

Its less of a restriction than doom blade. Not all black creatures are zombies and werewolves. Probably not as good as {go for the throat} though, but definitely better than {doom blade} (usually).

I think my list for Edh goes {go for the throat}, {ultimate price}, {doom blade}, {terror}, and then {victim of night}.

I think there are more black+artifact targets then zombies, vampires & werewolves (especially that last one). Making terror hit less than victim. The double black makes it harder to cast in a multicolor deck, but that depends on your manabase.

While their are certainly more black creatures than zombies in Edh (considering most zombies are black) I still believe doom blade (and terror) to be more versatile cards. While against a mono black deck, doom blade is obviously dead (except for their artifact creatures) I still would rather have it as my only removal spell then {victim of night}.

{Murderous Cut}. Hear me out, it's unconditional and its one mana. Win, win, win.

But in {Go for the Throat} vs {Victim of the Night} vs {Doom Blade} vs {Ultimate Price}.

{Go for the Throat} It's only dead vs artifact only decks which are insanely rare, much rarer than mono black. My artifact deck still has {Muzzio, Grand Architect} etc. Most decks run maybe 4 artifact creatures. You're going to be hitting the vast majority of their creatures.

{Doom Blade}. Dead against, hypothetically, 1/5 of creatures. However between multicolour that's a lot more. Would you rather hit the four artifact creatures in a deck? Or everything but them?

{Victim of the Night}. Would have the spotlight BUT, Zombie and Vampire tribal blank the card. Mono black runs at least {Gray Merchant of Asphodel}. Probably more. There are also relevant vampires, {Olivia Voldaren}, {Vampire Nighthawk}, {Vampire Hexmage} and the {B}{B} casting cost. It's less likely to be dead than {Doomblade} but somebody is going to play something you can't hit with it.

{Ultimate Price}. Doesn't hit artifact creatures, Eldrazi, or multicoloured. It's an all star vs mono coloured decks, but it's not going to be hitting everything.

IMO:

{Murderous Cut}, {Go for the Throat}, {Victim of the Night}, {Ultimate Price}, {Doom Blade}.

That's not to say any of them are bad. I'd run them all if I had the slots.
