For starters, you might want to think on a theme for your deck. What is it you want it to do?
Right now you have a few things that work with artifacts, you could expand on that, cut some things that don't fit in that theme.
To make it more consistent it is better to have more of one card. You can have up to four in a deck, with the exception of basic lands.
