Chaos can work in so many ways, depending on the amount of chaos you want. There's a couple of nice lists on here.
I've got two chaos lists with {maelstrom wanderer} and {Arjun, the shifting flame}, I'll be putting those up this weekend, I think.

It's a really good example. It's the one called "total madness", but the bump sure helps :)
Here's list #1 of the promised lists. Upon reading it I noticed a few design flaws (like, run islands when you have so much island hate on board). The revamped v2.0 (or 2.1 I should say) is here: http://imtgapp.com/forum/index.php?topic=49078.0 it is both chaos and hate on the Azorius. Flavor win :)
