Title: Binders

Ok I'm thinking of putting my foils into some of those 9 page binders. I wanted to know what's the best way to do it. Do you sleeve them first with perfect fit before you put them in the pages?  Can you put two in each slot?  Just any general suggestions to help keep them in good shape would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I do this for all my tcgs otherwise I would need to buy 100 more sleeves than what I have at the moment.
