I would put {soul warden}  Or something

Throw in  {Last Breath} And  {Tainted Remedy} To give you an advantage with them gaining that life from stp and breath

Also lower the Cmc of your creatures like exchange some of them with  {Tithe Drinker} And  {Basilica Screecher} To give early game extort they won't catch up if you drop them low enough to swarm them

Also look into  {Sanguine Bond} With all the extort it's hilarious

And  {Bile Blight} And  {Death Wind} Are your best friends against green stompy and tokens
