Don't forget to toss in some infinite mana, infinite storm combos and a {Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind} just to kill people while getting to that point.

Now that you ask, it's {R}{U} only.
Awaken a couple of lands to get to {4}, {intruder alarm}, bounce {ancestral statue} is one.
Infinite mana is easy. You've got access to the infinite artifact/creature untap mechanic with {aphetto alchemist} + {illusionist's bracers}.
Just throw in some rocks and you're fine.
With infinite mana you pretty much HAVE infinite storm. Cast a spell, refill hand, cast a spell...
EDIT: oops. Misread. Draw that many.
Well, {Alhammarret's Archive} fixes that.. Though that could cascade in drawing your library...
Start out with 7, cast a spell, draw 12, cast, draw 22, cast, draw 42, cast, draw 82...
