My Kurkesh deck after some revision.
It always was a Voltron build, but I've changed around a lot.
Some infect & charge counter shenanigans, more ramp and useful copy artifacts make the deck somewhat more powerful.
I'm looking to include a way to get to win off {darksteel reactor}, but what to cut for it?

I'd cut chalice of life. You don't have much life gain besides that card itself and as a red deck it's going to be rough getting your life total to 50

{Hot Soup} is just bad - should be {Whispersilk Cloak}.

Still looking for something good to cut.

Also, I think aligned Hedron network may be a little counter productive

The network is meant as a stall. Should I get behind I can take the opponent's creature out and start slamming with souped-up Myr.

{chalice of life} and the other lifeGain triggers can be copied for {R}, so I think it could happen. Than again, maybe not. If it does, it's {R}{T} for 10, so it is definitely a threat.

I happen to have soup and not cloak. Did get some hexproof with {avacyn's collar}, but I agree it is pretty risky without it.

Cut {Hot soup}, and put {aligned Hedron network} and {chalice of life} / {Golden urn} to the side in favor of a three card oops I win.
{darksteel reactor} + {Eternity vessel} + {dismantle}. Just need 20 life when I cast the vessel, then dismantle it into reactor.

Play tested this version on local Cockatrice due to connection troubles.
It can pretty much explode into tight clocks, but is fair enough that it can be kept in check in multiplayer.
(Put a number of 1-2 turn kill threats down, {phyrexian juggernaut} with trample + double strike, Kurkesh with double damage and {mask of Avacyn}, to name the few that stuck).
I like it.

No Kaldra Equient for the funsies? {Unwindind Clock}?

Actually built this one with cards I own, besides the combo I introduced.
The Kaldra set could be fun, but don't have it.
Unwinding clock actually wouldn't do that much, with only about 20 affected cards and not that much instants. Voltaic construct is just a bit better, because it *could* combo off with the Myr.
When I have all 4 Myr out, I can tap for {2}{R}{R}, put {1}{R} into {galvanizing Myr} + copy, tap the Myr again between the untap effects, netting {3}{R}{R}{R}. If I use {2} for the construct: infinite mana.
Unlikely, but could be fun. Also turning any equip cost into {2} with Squire is nice.

Short version: doesn't seem like clock belongs.

Does {mobile fort} have any synergies I'm missing (other than being an artifact)?

I mean, with Kurkesh, you can make it a 6/4.

Cool build!  Certainly different than what I run, but it's nice to see the Ogre getting some attention.

Tx Rem!
And yeah, forts ability, though it can be activated only once, can be copied just fine.
In further play testing I even got {illusionist's bracers} on it as well, making it a 9/5.
And it gets underrated, as you proved ;)

I'm liking the deck! Only thing I could add would suggest  {Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle} because of all the mountains it would be free value
