how much are they worth?

cuz i have 3 buy-a-box and 1 PR Foil of
{Ruinous Path}

im planning to trade those to a {Liliana, Heretic Healer}

Looks like median media promo is $5,- (assuming that's the BaB). Median prerelease is $9,15
So looks like you trade out ok.
