I'm looking for ways to safe myself when I bomb an EDH group with the following:
{Zada, Hedron grinder}, {Skirk Fire Marshal} + 3 other goblins + {arcbond} on Zada.
Tap all to activate the marshal into 10 damage to each creature and each player. Arcbond will trigger 4 times, making that 50 to everyone. (Or more specifically, 10 damage for each goblin without protection on the field).
I want to survive that to turn a draw into a win.
What options do I have in mono-red EDH?
I've got {Glacial Chasm}, And {Expedition Map} to tutor it, but are there other options I missed?

"sources you don't control" doesn't work. {Riot Control} though. Various forms of lifelink, specifically {Whip of Erebos}. {Platinuim Angel}, {Platinuim Emperion} with some form of protection.

Of all of those, Emperion and Angel are the best bets for mono red EDH.

Unlife won't work either. Damage is done by the different triggers of the arcbond copies, so by the time you reach 0, the next trigger will give 10 poison counters.

Emperion & Angel sound like nice ways to get a win. But then there's the next problem: they are nuked as well.
Guess I'll include a {sword of fire and ice} then.
Or {akroma's memorial} and just tap 20 goblins instead..
{Sword of Fire and Ice} + {Darksteel Plate}.

Almost forgot that one. Plate is very versatile too. Also protects key things from pretty much anything.
